Since incorporation in 2002, MP Telecom has been dedicating efforts to putting Vietnam on the international BPO industry map. With more than 2,000 staffs nationwide, MP Telecom is located in 3 biggest economic regional centers including Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and Danang. MP Telecom is the first Vietnamese Contact Center company in Vietnam certified with ISO 9001-2008.
